The application of hydrophobically conjugated siRNAs represents a groundbreaking approach in treating skin and muscle diseases. This method enhances cellular uptake and stability, allowing for more efficient gene silencing and therapeutic effects. However, challenges remain in optimizing the delivery systems to target specific tissues and minimizing off-target effects. What advancements in delivery technologies and molecular design could further improve the specificity and therapeutic outcomes of hydrophobically conjugated siRNAs for these conditions?

The exploration of nucleic acid-based approaches to antibody therapeutics has shown promising potential, offering a novel avenue for targeted and efficient treatments. This method leverages the precision of genetic engineering to produce antibodies with high specificity and reduced immunogenicity. However, challenges such as delivery mechanisms, stability of nucleic acids in the body, and large-scale manufacturing hurdles still need to be addressed. Given these obstacles, what innovative strategies could be developed to overcome these barriers and enhance the efficacy and accessibility of nucleic acid-based antibody therapeutics?

Thank you so much very helpful. May I ask about some of the design tools or software for miRNA/ anti-miRNA that I can use, please? I am a beginner in this field. Thank you so much.

It’s quite obvious that science is just beginning to understand the function of RNA and DNA for that matter. So maybe someone can explain to me, why the world would be receiving An mRNA vaccine that has no long term testing. That has skipped animal trials. Unless your objective is genocide, why in the world would this be released onto the public
