Where do you create or find a 'server_IP'?

Anyone had any success running this on a windows machine? I'm not sure what my gnupghome directory should be. I was able to get gpg to work via command line in wsl, but I can't seem to find the .gnupg dir in windows. Is there another download I need to perform to work outside wsl?

For anyone having difficulties with the code, you have to add brackets after SHA256 ==> SHA256(). I found this change as i read through the documentation of the library, i guess they changed the code a bit after 3 years....

Very helpful video. When Iam using online aes encryption tool it is giving different ciphertext. May be IV we used here is random and not specified in program. One doubt sir if we give IV constant we can get same answer as online encryption tools.
