Hello, I hope you are well. I have researched your KZfaq channel {Optimal Workshop}. Your content is excellent but I have found many reasons why your KZfaq channel is not growing appropriately and why your Subscribers, Views, Likes, and Comments are not increasing. Your SEO Optimization Score is Very Low, Proper search engine optimization (SEO) can significantly impact ranking. Your channel is not optimized for relevant keywords, it may not appear in search results or suggested videos. You are not Consistently uploading videos. Your Engagement Metrics are very few. And you are not maintaining Metadata Optimization. Your channel's Audience Retention is very low. Also, your video is not being Correctly Promoted on other Social Media. If you can solve those problems correctly you will get lots of Organic Traffic and Engagement day by day on your KZfaq channel which will increase your Exposure more than before. Can we discuss how to grow your KZfaq channel via E-mail or Zoom Meeting? Regards, Riad Ahmed Faysal. Feel free to contact me: Email: [email protected] WhatsApp/Telegram: +8801576553705

Almost all the forms shown as examples take the user's name incorrectly. Not once did the speaker actually point this out. So I can give this talk a 6/10 tops. Some developers are going to look at the "fixed" form and assume that there are no other problems in it, but not once did the name input ever get corrected. There's also at least one apostrophe usage error in the slides.

What about Samoa? 96% Samoan. Think that local Samoan industries and businesses, and even the state public sector, could benefit from some much needed ‘diversity’?

Thanks for this video explanation. Card sorting is part of an assignment I am working on in an online design course. Even with information out there, I wasn't sure how card sorting could be done online. This explained a lot! I would like to know what your thoughts are on compensation for participants. I feel I should offer something for their time. What are your thoughts? Thanks again!

I can't believe the salaries in many of these careers are so high, right now I saw a job that paid something like $134 to $214 as a ux writer, I think the pay for a lots of technology careers is very good, this one especially i think is not as difficult as others in tech, i mean who doesnt now how to read or write and can come up with a nice vocabulary for and app after a bunch of hours of research, i mean a lot of people in the usa es bilingual, you don't have to code, or design anything, just look for phrases and words that fit the concept and try as many times as is requieres ... sorry, I don't see it as that difficult especially because you just how a new big skill such as a managing hard computers programs or like i said or learn tech lenguages... on the other hand, there are careers like personal trainers or athletes that earn less than thirty dollars an hour, and many careers that require much more physical and face-to-face work like a lots of entertainers who don't make this amount of money. It seems to me that it is not as difficult as other careers that pay much less, wages continue to be a problem of inequality. Tech companys have the money to pay and other harder jobs are not well compensated anymore. sorry nice presentation but the job looks like a endless coming back and forward with words specially knowing that users " people " read as less they can and speak with a very bad reduce vocabulary....i image a bunch of people lock in a office trying to convince a team to use a phrase instead of the other one because is not catchy enough ... i admire your passion but the job looks like not so hard as the other tech jobs, so its good !!!!!! prove me wrong.

This was actually really helpful. As someone who regularly answers support requests related to onboarding for a site my team developed, I can see now that we need to go beyond just the initial sign-up phase. The work we've done to perfect that initial experience is great, but as you said, some people don't return for an entire year and they need some way to reorient themselves to the site and what it can do for them. I'm going to share this with my team!

Really pragmatic advice from one of the most down to earth UX advisers in the business. I'd also recommend Alan Cooper (About Face) and of course Don Norman (book shown in the video) if you want to go further.
