Careful. He doesn't share the mistake he made when welding the second set. He got the polarities mixed up, goes to measure voltage on second set and then does an off camera fix before splicing the video footage back in just before doing the voltage test. Share your mistakes man. You just potentially mislead several people to have a dremel explode in their hands.

Dangerous implementation for several reasons. 1: SSR's require a heat-sink - you insulated yours. Enjoy the fail. 2: Mains heated beds MUST use a thermal fuse. When an SSR fails, it fails in a closed state. This means your silicon heater will not shut down and melt in the event the SSR fails. In addition, your belts are not parallel with the axis they control for their entire throw so your prints will never be accurate.

HELP. I had to start over after the hard drive in the PC that was running the CNC died, I had a backup but after reinstalling it i still had to reinstall the Z axis auto zero, from GuruBrew. I configured the first wire in ports and pins to Probe Port 2 PROBE to Pin 15 an input pin and the the second wire to ground. And Active low. Saved, shut down and restarted. He says to prove the connection go to Diagnosis and the Digitize light should light when the two wires are touched together, but, the light is lit if they are touched or not????? What am i doing wrong? Thanks

If you used a burnisher or metal screw driver shaft it would have gotten sharp. You want shaving not dust. The triangle file is where you went wrong.
