@@PlasticBagMan You must have tried the trumpet! 🤣It is a bizarre game...I think they modeled it after The Long Drive (you mentioned it too) which came out a while back. it is also very janky and weird, but I think it's part of the charm of these games.

Maybe lol. I actually picked up and tried The Long Drive since it's currently on sale. Refunded it after just over an hour, really didn't enjoy it. Drive Beyond Horizon isn't a master piece by any means, but it felt better than The Long Drive already.

Honestly, the jank of this game really grew on me. Is it broken as heck? Yeah. Difficult to play? Yep. Do I constantly lose runs because I glitch through the floor or fly off into the sky? Oh yeah. But I kept coming back to it. It still needs a lot of work to be playable, but I will be watching this game with interest.

There certainly is a lot of potential with this game. I don't think I would've been so frustrated at getting wrecked if I wasn't enjoying it.

For most of the video I was trying my best to take out the enemies when they showed up, but it got to the point that that was all that I was doing and was unable to get any resources to get any upgrades. All the resources just went into replenishing supplies or trying to survive the night. In hindsight, I can see that it's a very dwarf fortress like game. But I wish I had more individual control over the miners actions. That would allow me to prioritize taking out the spawners while continuing to collect resources. Thanks for watching, sorry my 80 point iq (which is a low average, I'll take it) created a bad time for you. Such is life.

Try turning the crane around. Seems to help a little.

It's real bad. But, I have been told that if you remove or turn around the crane it's better.

@@PlasticBagMan if you do enjoy it and want to use it, turn it backwards when using it. The bandit flexibility between the bed and the cab is its power and its weakness. When the crane is forward, the bandit either won’t flex enough, or when it does, it may catch on the crane and won’t be able to flex the other way.

I probably could have. But my ability to get the bandit back on its wheels, even using another truck, has been less than stellar.

I'll certainly take any advice, but we've since recorded a lot. It was a battle getting the white western star, but I love that truck. P16, I'm not too fond of it yet. The lack of AWD really deters me. I haven't used the paystar though.
