Nice video. Ya I just finished up my turkey season here in Michigan. The ticks were awful in one set up but not in the next setup. But the mosquitoes were so-so getting to and from the blind. But I used my thermal cell while in the blind and it worked perfectly not one bothered me
@PerryCountyWhitetailsАй бұрын
Yeah I need to invest in one of those. I hear they work pretty good 👍

Nice review! I’m in the process of breaking in a pair of PNW boots, right now experiencing a lot of PAIN. Not rubbing pain but actual pain, like joint pain in my toes. But it is getting better. I’m hoping to get to the point where they are so well formed to my foot that they comfortable like sneakers. Hope that happens, not sure it will but I’m going to muscle through it.

To get the grease in between the upper and the midsole, I do it like packing grease into a bearing: get a gob in your fingers and keep pushing it in there. To get excess out: a brush.

So, pull it off the heat when it starts to foam and dip the base in a bowl of water to stop the steam from making the cup bitter. Voila a better cup of the elixir of life.

Great review! I have the same boots just with the toe cap too. I have had the exact same experience with mine. They are without equal for sure. I also wore through every other big name boots in a year or less. You can see I'm my videos how I punish mine. I'm coming up on a year in them and they are better than day 1! I can't believe how much money I wasted on plastic crap boots at 200 a pair over the years. Nicks are not expensive they are a value. All these guys that say they can get years out of Redwings really get me, if that's true then they didn't need boots to start with. Nicks are for serious work not professional spectators. Thanks for your video!✌️

Nice six mth review. Couldn’t believe you had troubles with redwing boots only lasting that long. I go through a pr of those about every 4-5 yrs. On my feet in a oil shop 10-12 hr days never had a lick of problems

Just think, you wore those boots wet for so many days and how miserable it was. Our veterans, went through swamps and monsoons for weeks in soaking wet boots and socks. I bet, their boots fell apart. That was just something I thought about when watching your video. Good boots are hard to find these days. Thanks, John
