Hello, first I print the shape on the magic mug glass with thermochromic paint on my sublimation paper at 180° for 120 seconds. After it cools down, I apply laser printing at 180° for 150 seconds, but when I remove it, my laser print becomes invisible when my magic mug cools down. how can i fix this ?

this is not effecient becuase the prints on the sides and on the bottom are not being good that why you just printed in the middle even though the blue design is not dark on the down left corner :(

Please do not buy the printer, the C30DTF TX800. THE HEAD YOU ARE USING IS FOR UV PAINT. THE TECHNICIAN WAS NEVER ABLE TO MAKE IT PAINT WELL, EVERYTHING CAME OUT WELL SCRATCHED. THEY CHANGED THE HEADS TWICE AND THEY COULD NOT AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS THE MACHINE I THROWN IT AWAY AND BUY THE PROCOLORED 1800 AND IT IS GOOD QUALITY I DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER LIKE THE ONE WHO ATTENDED ME, her name is Lancy, please don't buy that machine DTFC30 TX800 IT IS NO WORK USES A UV HEAD AND IT DOESN'T PRINT WELL

must test first . pls make sure the materials do not have silicone surface treatment , and also it can against the high temperature 150celsius degree.
