Yes, good bandsaws can cut through anything!  I have never heard of foam as hard as concrete. That would not be called foam. The benefit of foam easy to cut, and it’s lightweight.  good bandsaw can Cut wood and steel. You just need to use the proper blade. You can get different blades to cut different materials. A lot of practice. The more you bild the better you get.

They parts i'm painting are plastic. The foam is sealed with black creature cast rubber. The plastic parts were white and would be hard to cover them with the dark metalic paint if they were guled on first. So i painted them black first.
