Power of True Sportsmanship! I'm glad that the boy at bat was ok!.

Was the mexico kid swinging Easton XL1? I thought that they had to swing USA bats? The orange bat the mexico kid swung was definitely a usssa bat - a mako.

Everyone talking about the sportsmanship. How about talking about the kid getting smoked in the head, getting up and continuing to play. Hard to imagine alot of today's stars nutting up and doing that.

AM I the only one surprised they *NEVER* asked Glenn to change his call. What if a mother who had suffered a miscarriage heard that?

The hardest part is watching the pitcher slowly breakdown everyone is checking on the batter but the pitcher who’s a kid who you know he didn’t do it on purpose and didn’t want to hurt anyone. He was alone on an island, and he scared he could hurt someone that kid deserves all the best in life truly and that batter is rock star for recognizing the situation and trying to be there for him.

You can tell that the coach is like a dad to the players just by the calm tone of voice.

Often overlooked in this video is the catcher. Kid stayed there on a knee the whole time and then walked Jarvis up the baseline with a pat on the shoulder and words of encouragement. I see you, 23 👍

Fact: The parents are nothing special, it's just rare when they do what they are SUPPOSED to do. All credit goes to the actual actors here - the KIDS. Parents? LOL You think USA kids match up to any Euro or Asian kid in STEM or basic Geography? History? ? LOL That's your parents, raising the dumbest addicted to TV Social Media idiots on earth.

Absolutely great parenting and sportsmanship from both batter and pitcher. Looks like some major league players need to start taking notes. My hats off to the players and the parents.

What I would give to go back and watch this run unfold live. Losing the finals was definitely heartbreaking but I remember watching almost every single game with my parents. As Jets fans they weren’t too happy when they got swept but then they started cheering for the Habs as they were the only canadian team left. I remember constantly checking my phone for updates while at work and rushing home from work to make it just in time for OT winners. The best run I’ve ever witnessed as a younger Habs fan and I hope in the future I’ll be able to witness more like it. Still wish Price could’ve lifted the Stanley Cup but life goes on. 🤷♂️
