I rescued a white comet goldfish and I need to know this because of how the pet store fed her! And gave me a pellet food for her that is sea food protein mix! Is good for her stable diet?

Thank you for this! I got a canister filter today and I had absolutely no idea how to clean it when it's ready. Do you have a time frame recommendation on when to clean your canister filter? And, thanks for the tip about rinsing filters in tap water - I've been doing it in aquarium water; what you said makes sense.

I cook my peas for 5 mins 😅At that point, you can deshell them much faster. You just lightly squeeze them between your fingers. I find that my goldfish enjoy them mushy. They are also digested faster. Have you tried Emerald Entree? Mine go nuts for the stuff😊

My plants are starting to drop their leaves from the lower parts. Their root system is good, and they grow very well towards the light. One problem is shedding leaves. Some people say the light is weak, but when I turn up the light, the process increases and in addition I have algae problems. Some people tell me to trim and replant it will be ok. But I have no much time to play with soil. Please give me advice, its a micro definition?

Great video! Very informative and well-spoken. I have had a couple of carnival gold fish that I didn't anticipate having for more than a year, but now it's 4 years later, so I recently upgraded the tank and added some new fish. I ended up with a cute little black moor that the kids and I love, but he ended up swimming vertically, face down after a few days, so I've been doing a ton of research on treating him. Your fish are absolutely gorgeous!

I have a banana lily too but mine grew its roots in a way that almost all of them were not in the surface, and the plant is now very settled in so I cannot move it further to the surface without damaging it. xD

There was another hang on the tank power filter which was a wet/dry filtration system and it was manufactured by tetra aquarium products.

My banana plant got no leave cuz I have to trim all the damaged or dying leaves. I just wonder how long it takes for new ones appear.
