I’m not worried about falling off from balcony bcz its handrail is high but I do, for every apartment or house with a balcony, worry about the max weight they can endure.

I think you need to stop saying “cozy”. Nothing about the interior looks cozy. It looks cold, sterile, and boring. And has the weirdest, most wandering layout I’ve ever seen. So much walking, just to get from one space to the next. Pass.

Awesome research, capturing presentation. The one thing I'd do to improve this estate would be to cover the pool or build a large indoor pool/gym/spa suite. Keep the outside pool for the few hot summer weeks.

Beautiful property amazing amount of accommodation and a chef and tennis instructor and spa well done LH and Hannah :) kudos to designer and owners for doing such a great job of preserving history and design of such a lovely property. Hard to choose all the bedrooms are lovely as was the kitchens and livingrooms.

It is an impressive property with little hidden gems!! Amazing presentation as ever with the 'treadmill for the swimming pool' and especially loved the history piece about the previous owner!! And of course... you Jas!!! Looking absolutely stunning as ever!! 😮 ... You should be in a Bollywood movie and do (super)modelling as well!!👍🙂

I’m not even a real estate expert but I tell you right now the price is 16 million because it’s a mile from Buckingham Palace. You are paying for the area not the house plus a lot of other people want to live there too and demand drives up prices. You get similar places for similar prices in New York City. You’re paying for the view .

over priced this property. be lucky if it sold for 1.4 million. much better property in formby and freshfields for prices around 1.8 to 2.5 million.

I don’t think renting it out is a good idea…. With the whole maintenance and tax fees putting you in a choke hold

that’s why financial literacy is really paramount, a lot of variables have to be considered while making moves such as this. You have to understand the principles that govern these things in order to avoid obvious pitfalls.

One time he recommended I buy a Condo in Tampa for $100k in 2020, as of 2022 it was worth almost $200k, and he helped me structure the fin-plan to pay it off, now it’s paid off.
