It really really does. It’s still something I struggle with, but I’ve learned that even if I don’t think I have anything to offer, doesn’t mean someone doesn’t need to hear it.

Thank you so much! I was listening to a podcast where the speaker said you can choose your discomfort. They were like starting a business and doing all you need to do is hard, but so is going to a job you hate. Which hard would you like to choose? It really stuck with me.😂

I bet if you cooked the beef under the broiler you would get the texture you want. You could still put the ingredients on a metal or soaked wooden skewer ( so it doesn’t catch on fire). Though you will not get the smoke flavor…you could try using a little bit of liquid smoke in your marinade to give the taste of that…and buy you a grill pan( I suggest one that isn’t cast iron…reason being mine is really tough to get any caramelized product off of it.)

@@nancyculp6968 I think you are spot on. For as much as I love to cook, the broiler makes me nervous for some reason! I have no idea why, maybe because I just don’t use it much. I love your idea about the liquid smoke! I didn’t think of that! I used it once in a chili I made and it was GOOOD so I’ll have to try that. I also like the metal skewers idea because I do not have room in my fridge for a whole thing of water to soak them in. These are all great ideas! Thank you!🙂

@@Shasta31487 We have so many bunnies around here and I feel like if they can chill out in a cemetery and eat flowers then it must not be too scary right?!😂 Honestly, I HATE IT when a recipe doesn’t work. Like it’s the time, the money and everything that makes it so disappointing, so I try to save others the hassle. But for this recipe, I really do think it was because I did a pan fry instead of a skewer. So maybe this is on me.😂

They have some pretty ones in Florida! I can't remember the names off the top of my head but I feel like oak trees and spanish moss always gives the south a kind of spooky romance to it.

Haha! I'm laughing at the sunblock comment! I have it, what I need is to remember to wear it lol. It was honestly sitting on the dresser. I had it out to remind myself and then in the excitement of getting on the road I forgot lol. Thank you for the nice comment about the shirt! It's always hard to try new things, and for me, clothes seem to be a weird little hang up so I appreciate the boost of confidence. ALSO YOU WOULD HAVE LOVED THAT LUNCH!!! 🙂

So my therapist lives out there and I was like "Did you know about this store?!?!?!" and she was like "Oh my god it's great isn't it?!" It really had so many cool things, part of me was like I hope I filmed enough of everything else to balance all the store footage!😆

@@autumnbecomesme yeah i use to live in massachusetts 20 years ago......now im in maine......when we visit we stop at exit 86 to go to the bathroom and get some eats....newburyport has some awesome places to eat but we usually get wendys......theres an awesome italian restaurant behind the gas station, luigi's is what i think its called, italian food and pastries

@@Joe-pb3lx I don’t know!!! Probably some weird subconscious thing. Like I have my first doll still from when I was 4 and I love her, but she’s got creepy vibes. One of her eyes is always frozen open and her hair is a little matted, but I still have her displayed lol. Dolls are weird.😂 now I need to call my therapist.
