Port st lucie has beach access and a downtown area?

The beach is about 30-35 minutes away from Tradition. The downtown area would be considered Tradition Square with restaurants that have indoor/outdoor seating, outdoor events, food truck fridays, live music and shopping.

We just entered into a contract to build a Lazio. Extremely pleased with this community as it fits us very well. The Taylor Morrison team are very nice people and very accommodating but I must admit part of me wishes we had a boots-on-the-ground Florida agent. There are sooooo many little things that go into a new build in another State (we're not from FL) that having another set of eyes and another brain would not hurt. Good luck to you.

It is true that so many people want to walk in to check out the models but don’t realize the extent of what they’re stepping into. Also, I noticed that the interior of homes is cheap as well, they use cheap tiles, wallpapers, carpets in 600-750k homes, trying to squize the profit.
