quick question mate, so the power steering pump uses the same fluid as the abc suspension? or did i see that wrong?

❤ this video is awesome. To learn how to undo the coil wires and coolant tube without making a mess, search for q5 spark plug change 2012 v6, AND coil wires Audi (the later video is short and demoed on a VW. Camera work is poor but watch through the end and you’ll get it.)

Thank you for the compliment 🙏. And yes, the video you referred to is not very clear on how the removal process is done.

The reason other videos suggest cutting the wires near the strut, is to attach the new connector to it, and use the old wire to pull the new wire through (instead of using a coat hanger).

No you don’t have to let the Freon out. I put a tiny bend in the Low pressure tube to access one 10 mm Valve cover bolt. Removing intake also not needed. Just need an injector puller. Can get from Amazon.

About how many liters of oil does this gear box takes
@all-about-cars-basics
@all-about-cars-basics 5 күн бұрын
I hope you mean transmission fluid? if so, it usually depends, full flash will require 10.2 quarts, but a regular service will require around 5 or 6 quarts. A quart is almost the same size as a liter so it will be 5-6 liters.

I was wondering if you could help me out here, I have a 2008 ML350, while taking out the radiator, I mistakenly pulled the AC line from the Radiator side, Freon vented out in the garage and it was not a comfortable moment. I have since not driven my car or even turned the key, it stayed in the garage but did not cover the pulled line but it stayed in the engine bay. The Compressor hoses are still connected. I am worried if I need a flush? A new condenser? Or put the hose back and go to a garage and have it recharged? Thanks for helping out.
@all-about-cars-basics
@all-about-cars-basics 5 күн бұрын
Sorry to hear about that. First, there is a connection between the line going to the compressor and the condenser, it is usually connected by 10mm bolt or nut (this connection point is usually next to the radiator on the side). Is the pulled line past that connection or before towards the compressor?
@Smudg
