Now, I'm a bit sturdier in my gate. Not enough. But there's progress. I wasn't it, I feel much more ready. I deeply understand grace now. To hear I didn't fail... I knew it but to hear it. Obviously it struck a cord. I'm listening. That last bit about doing dispels anxiety. Yep. And going too long that way allows depression for me. Again, I'm listening. Thank you Blessings ✨💚✨

So very much on it. This is what I love about you. You don't show me the future, per se.. You confirm what I already know/feel. And the validation helps me out tremendously with trusting my intuition. I really do hear her more and more. The funny thing is I absolutely have moments where what she says makes no sense but I trust.. I maybe shaky in that trust but I trust and it works out. I think I thought that listening to my intuition, I'd feel confident everytime. So when I felt her but it didn't make sense, I'd ignore her. Now I realize that the faith is the confidence. That's trickier. Lol. I am getting there. So much has changed in one year. August 25 marks the full year since putting old habits down. I'm excited to look back and see just how far I've come. Bc I never thought I'd be here. Thank you for being a constant. Even when you're not well yourself. Blessings ✨💚✨

Confused. #4. The week before, I'd made such a huge... leap. Accomplished something I certainly didn't think I could. Or not so soon. This last week, completely reversed. Why? I honestly don't know. It feels like I had to back pedal tho. I'm trying to just sit with it and listen, feel, learn .. Not panic or worry. I'm ready to get back on my stride.
