What are the dimensions of the bottom of the hat strip in Row 5 that is red in the layout? I don’t see it anywhere in the instructions. Did you use the 5” sqs for it and if so how many?

Hmmm, you didn’t show the sewing machine sitting on top of your mat. I would think the weight of the sewing machine would suffice and you wouldn’t need that dowel

The sewing machine slides with the vibration of use and the weight of the items in the pockets the dowel helps prevent that.

@@CreativeNotions I have the Martelli mat sitting underneath my baby lock over locker so I shouldn’t have that issue however with your design I can always add that dowel if necessary Other people I know don’t have an issue with the mat sliding

I love the Appli glue, but it’s way too strong for using on the papers. Recommend using Sewline or Elmers washable glue stick. Holds for the basting, but releases SO much easier. Love the pillow!

Hi, the pattern is downloadable on the website. You will need 5/8 yard of 7 fabrics and 1/2 yd for binding.

It’s not hard to make an extra block while your making your quilt and use it for the label😀

Love the blocks with the fabrics you’re using Vickie. It’s going to be a great Valentine’s quilt. Wish I was able to still be a subscriber so I could get the mystery blocks but unfortunately it’s not in my budget. Blocks of the month are so much fun to sew.
