This is beautiful. I've been looking for a tutorial on how to make a hammock for a while. Can paracord or braided cord be used for this project. I'd like to use something that can withstand outdoor elements. Thank you again for making this tutorial.

Saw an macrame hammock for newborns photoshoots on temu… couldn’t find a tutorial for that exact thing, but I’m gonna make this without the paw print pattern, so far things are going great! If I feel up to it I’ll make one with the paw print for my cat!

Took me four hours but some of the strands wound up super short in the end. Barely was able yo tie it down in the knot at the end. Is this common when using thicker rope?
