I'm finally about 4/5ths into this video but I just wanted to say- I've only seen the 2 current seasons of TLOVM but I've never watched a lot of the actual campaign until this video. I seriously can't handle the serotonin & depression this relationship gives me (I'm not gonna watch until the end of this video to avoid seeing everything since I've unfortunately heard vague ending spoilers). But I REALLLY hope the show incorporates as many of these moments as possible bc I'm absolutely obsessed with them :') Thanks for this awesome supercut!

3:27:37 not only is this one of my absolute favorite vaxleth moments but the fact that he’s cutting her hair with a FUCKING VESTIGE??? really adds to it and does it for me. something something vax shows his care and love with styling hair and the fact that’s he’s doing it with something divine, saying he’s got faith in her, they all do, he’s practically calling her divine and it just fucks me up

As much as people love Campaign 2's characters and as much as I want a happy ending for Vaxleth, I don't think any moment will ever come close to the emotions of campaign 1's ending. Ending Campaign 1 with "And everyday that raven comes to visit" is art, the perfect line to conclude this chapter of their story. Spoilers for Campaign 3: There is a lot I can say, but I'll keep it simple. Ludinus' plan banked on the love Vax and Keyleth share, and that their love transcends death itself, that is beautiful. Keyleth has never stopped trying to get Vax back, and the Raven that comes to visit being missing in C3E68 cause Vax is imprisoned is heartbreaking. I hope 30 years in universe later, that they are allowed to get their happy ending. With how much time has passed I don't think it'll undercut the emotional impact Campaign 1 had. We'll know if its going to happen if we get a VM one shot in the near future, because if it were to happen, Matt would 100% let Liam and Marisha act it out. Granted that could happen without a one shot.

When Eva removes the stake from Jasper, the way that Alex embodies the pain and relief of the stake being removed is so creepy and animalistic but AMAZING!! I can't get over it. Seriously one of my top moments from this game.

I have watched this entire video way too many times. Its just so easy to watch and these characters are just wonderful. I found these guys through the amazon show and I can't wait to see this romance progress in the show.

Did they ever figure out the Strauss vision in-game? Cause I had a thought that it could have meant Eva returning to Straus like Persephone to Hades (in the original myth it was unhappily) also signifying the beginning of winter and when things properly started to go sideways in game.

Would romance be in CR if Liam didn't push through everyone's insecurity about it? I don't know.

Even after all this time, I still can't help laughing at Matt playing Don't You Forget About Me. I think the Breakfast Club had crossed a few people's minds given Marisha's resemblance to Molly, but I never thought Matt would just straight up hang a lampshade on it!

Love the subtle roller coaster of emotions in the scene leading up to their first kiss. Their entire relationship is the perfect definition of a slow burn.

I just realized that at 4:34:50 Annabelle is literally practicing the little handtrick she's about to show to Eva that's SO CUTE

I'm so happy that Laura decided to be supportive of the relationship between Vax and Keyleth. It got pretty annoying to see Vex always interfering, or her making faces/gagging noises each time they had a moment. I just wanted to tell her to grow the fuck up and let her friends have some fun. I know when Liam decided that this was a story line he wanted to pursue, he talked to Matt and Marisha about it, so it seems like something they all wanted to happen. Everyone else's reactions were also a bit annoying, but it seemed to calm down as well. Either they had a group chat about it, or they all just got used to it. I watched C1 after C2, and it was really odd to see them treating in-party flirting this way. Especially compared to now, where whenever 2 PCs are having a "moment" everyone looks so invested and happy. I'm guessing (judging by the way C1 started), that their campaign for the most part was very relaxed, and they didn't really care too much about their character's personal stories. I like that Liam took the initiative to create something more.

Gonna say this before the s2 finale episodes. As a major vaxleth supporter, I am deeply disappointed with how vaxleth has been handled this season so far. People bash on this ship for being dramatic and brooding and repetitive and too drawn out, but it is undoubtedly supported and reinforced that these 2 characters are in love and their future together is tragically ripped apart. Their ending hurts so much more because the audience knows how these 2 feel about each other, and once they are together, there is no question they are in it for the long haul. Season 2 has had almost nothing to do with vaxleth, skipping over fantastic development material with vex dying and vax becoming the champion of the Raven Queen. By the time VM was helping westruun and venturing into the feywild, keyleth and vax were already kissing and sleeping together (platonically). I understand the need for adaptation changes, and I understand they have limited time in the story to work with, but the 2 biggest emotional payoffs in the entire story (Scanlan's 9th level counterspell, and Raven Queen taking Vax forever) rely on this relationship being believable and supported. So far, the season has had a few glances, a blush that was forced and unearned, and a small exchange of sentences that didn't lead anywhere. There are still 3 more episodes left in the season as I'm writing this, and there might be some good vaxleth setup in those episodes, but I am frustrated over this odd choice to essentially not feature vaxleth in any substantial way at all in the first 9 episodes. Considering what material will be covered episodes 10-12, I am not sure there will be time to get vaxleth development in.

I can't stop crying. When I hear about this ship I thought it was just fan shipping, you know. That moments of friendship could be taken as romantic but never confirmed at the very least. Even when I was watching the TV series I thought it was a little bit of fan service or that Keyleth was going to just say "sorry I don't feel the same" after all I thought it would be a little bit awkward to act those scenes. And at the beginning it was but then the more serious the relationship was going the less awkward it became. Is Real, is Canon but so Tragic! Her long life was already tragic enough but she let herself love and try this relationship. She probably thought she would have to see him grow old and die but at least they could have many years together until them.

I love how expressive Alex is. Jasper doesn't speak much but you can always tell how he feels and even what he thinks
