Some of Gardiner PD are running broadcast in protection rackets using surveillance equipment illegally installed, directional speakers, voice over power line communications via the smart meters, and microwave weapons. Gardiner PD is too lazy to run their own protection rackets so they have outsourced it to black criminals. They are too lazy to run their own protection rackets and too greedy to STOP running protection rackets. There is SEVEN directional speakers and four microwave weapons aimed at me in my house when one is too many. The white corrupt cops of Maine broadcast in and tell the black criminals what to do. The broadcast in and microwave weapon attacks go on until 4am to 8am and I am awoken after an hour’s sleep. It is impossible to work in Maine. It is unsafe to visit or reside in Maine because of the microwave weapon attacks.

Feels a lot like 2008. This is exactly the kind of garbage realtors were spreading to squeeze the last bit of juice out of the market. The residential housing market WILL correct. It will take several years, but it will get back to the mean reversion line.

It’s nothing like 2008, the inventory is extremely low and the amount of folks with over 50% equity is the highest in recent history. Prices will continue to rise as rates go down, because more buyers are in the market than homes available.

I think what youre under-estimating is that the government knows this is a major issue and one that has alot riding on it politically, they will enact a wartime housing strategy and increase supply faster than you would think. Combine this with their are roughly almost 3 million mortgages in Canada currently 50 percent of which are due to renew in the next 16 months, delinquencies are going to go up and so will defaults - adding more supply again, there is a rising rate of mortgages with negative amortization. The problem is people bought homes that they had no business buying because realtors either lied .. or just didnt know.. that there is major corrections coming in the financial system of Canada. Also anyone who thinks rates will go down or speculates on it is part of the problem, rates will not go down, and if they do it will fuel demand - in turn fueling inflation - and the rates will go up even higher. The day of selling homes for 100k over asking is coming to an end

Gardiner PD is the most corrupt police department in the USA. An oligarchy of older white cops are engaged in espionage, running protection rackets, think they can murder at will to get their victims wealth, take bribes, broadcast in terrorist threats via directional speakers and VOPL communications where ac motors are used as speakers, attack the other residents with microwave weapons and undermine the rule of law. It is unsafe to reside in or visit Gardiner, ME.
