No. As stated in the video, not really for me. And it was as a prepoo, not for my scalp. Coconut oil is not one recommended for the scalp and you want to ensure you properly rinse your scalp so as to avoid clogging your follicles.

Hi Miz, thank you for your videos, I’ve found them super helpful. I am potentially getting a pisiformectomy in June, as my Pisiform was dislocated in an injury and can’t be put back in place. I wanted to ask you, in your hand where you are a year post - op, are you able to move it in a full range of motion pain free?
@MizBoheMia
@MizBoheMia 2 ай бұрын
I am! I have no issues with the hand whatsoever. I just haven't been able to test it out for yoga but, beyond that, no issues. My bed is a Murphy bed, and it's quite heavy to close and open, and I use both hands without any issues (and my recent surgery was only 3 months ago). I highly recommend the surgery. Both of my experiences were amazing and pretty much identical when it comes to the results. However, I am not aware of your full situation and what the dislocation of the pisiform bone entails, if anything else was damaged in your hand etc. so it's best to ask your doctor any and all questions you might have. But if there is no healing, no way to put it back, what other choice is there? Sending all the healing vibes I can muster and wishing you an easy journey with your hand!

I’ve seen a few reviews and the difference seem to be the where the wheels are on the plate. The back wheels are more forward on the sure grips
@MizBoheMia
@MizBoheMia 3 ай бұрын
I have since given my Suregrips away so I no longer have them here to test that out though I did, on different occasions, hold them up side by side, wheels to wheels and I don't think I noticed different like that. BUT, oftentimes even a subtle difference like that can definitely affect where the lean is. I talked to the owner of a local skate shop who mounts plates unto skates and asked her about it and she said that there are many factors involved from the plate size not being right for the boot (though these came with the plates) or sometimes something as subtle as the location of the plate not being in the right spot. But if I cross paths with some Suregrip Boardwalks again I'll try to check out the plate and wheel locations for sure! Thanks for letting me know!

I am 6 days out from surgery. The pain, burning, and itching sucks but I am trying to get through it. Returned to work today because I can type, but my forearm hurts from typing. I'll get through it though! I've had more pain today than the first few days after the nerve block wore off. My sister is a physical therapist and says it is only because I'm using my hand. My diagnosis ended up being bursitis and mild arthritis. I am glad you don't regret it and are doing well with the second!
@MizBoheMia
@MizBoheMia 3 ай бұрын
Aaah! So sorry to hear that you are feeling pain, burning and itching! I wonder if having the extra elements of bursitis and arthritis affects that. For me it was purely an issue of an injured pisiform bone (which they label pisotriquetral arthritis) so I didn't feel horrible pain or burning etc. It WAS helpful that on day 6 the first time around, and day 8 this past surgery, they took the splint off (though usually they do it at the two week mark I think). That gave me so much relief! Hoping you get to that point soon! Sending all the healing vibes I can muster!

Because, for me for example, I needed to not only have my hair look good but feel good too and nothing I did helped me with that until I used the LOC method. And then I tried that with soooo many products! Before finding Soultanicals only TGIN was hitting the spot. So much so that I thought that NOTHING out there, no other brand, would ever replace them... then I stumbled upon Soultanicals and was FLOORED. This is the first time I tried them and those products are some staples that I highly recommend. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j7mVg9N7zNS4Yac.htmlsi=dAM61WDpwDPM3Bp4 They are perfect for the LOC method and my hair doesn't only look amazing, it feels sooooo soft to the touch! I have since (after 62 plus videos on just Soultanicals and having bought more than 70 products) gravitated towards other favorites but I still look the LOC method and I still only use Soultanicals and I am SoulFam for life. I wrote the SoulFam to ask and they said it's a light gel. It's the fact that it wasn't specified, felt so light AND was called a leave-in gel that threw me (as opposed to simply being called a gel). Forgive me the delayed reply. We have been in the middle of a chaotic, exhausting and depleting move that is FINALLY done and I have my wits about me again. I also wanted to sit with this and think on it. I haven't been able to do yoga yet but it has been due to a few reasons... a mental block. I have had a hard time even wanting to try it again due to many fears that have been popping up and apprehension about how stiff I will feel compared to before (where I had done yoga every day for over 20 years). Add to that the fact that my right hand, the one that has not had surgery, also has pisiform issues AND the fact that we were moving and I just didn't have the bandwidth nor peace of mind to try. BUT I was able to pack and use my hands like crazy, lift heavy boxes and be on the gogogo with nonstop use of my hands and other than a very, very slight feeling of discomfort every so often under these circumstances that were pushing me to my physical edge and, well, I'd say it was a success. And then yesterday in rollerdance class I slipped and fell. I had my wristguards on but I slammed down right on the pisiform bone of my right hand and the crazy pain I am now in is my sign from the universe to definitely get that pisiform removed. Ironically, I had surgery scheduled for today (!!!) but because of the stress of the move etc I wanted to give myself a breather and a few weeks ago I rescheduled it for January 22nd. I figured that would give me enough time to truly decide if I wanted to go through with it. Here is the thing. After yesterday's fall, I have NO doubts. The pisiform bone is NOT going to heal, it will NOT get better, every time I slam it, bump it etc the deterioration will speed up. And sometimes I wouldn't even do anything to it and pain would kick in. Steroid shots might offer relief but they add up and speed up the deterioration of the bone long term. When they removed my left pisiform bone, my doctor told me it had zero cartilage left on it. I feel SO much better in that hand. I have fallen skating multiple times and have no issues. The right hand is killing me. I am sick of the pain. Of not knowing when it'll act up, what fall will trigger it, if it'll go away (cause with one fall when I had the left one still, the pain stayed for a few months). The right hand is currently my active reminder of how things used to be for me with my left hand. The left hand is an example of how it can be moving forward. I have no regrets about doing the surgery and will definitely go ahead and remove the right one too. After yesterday, I have no more doubts. I hope this helps! Sending you the best of luck and oh so many healing vibes!

I was hoping it was a review of the product and the results rather than speaking too much about the shower and getting the product out of the bottle. I’m on the fence. I need to try it out for myself and hopefully it is not a regretful purchase.

Those are addressed too but there is only so much one can say about shampoo and I can only speak to my particular hair makeup and porosity. The rest of the experience matters to me too which is why I share it. And you def have to just jump in and try it out as no video is going to hold the answer for you. And if you don't like it, return it! Curious to see if ever you did try it and how it worked out for you.

Hi thank u for taking the time to respond. I did try it out and I like it so far so good. In my experience retailers are not happy to accept returns unless it is faulty or damaged. Keep up the good work.

Retailers can suck it. 😉 If you don't like it, def return it! Target, Ulta and the like are great about returns, as long as at least 80% of the product is in there, they don't care why you are returning it. That having bee said, so glad that it's working well for you!

What color/brand do you have on the bottom of your locks? I love it!

Thank you! No color whatsoever. It's my natural coloring now. My hair's just darker there though eventually all slowly turning white.

Thank you! Might also be my video editing of the colors to pop. 🤪🤣 But I'll take it! If you are grey, a purple conditioner (or their mask) that I love is the one by Amika. Gives just the right balance, takes out the yellow and doesn't turn the hair purple (or maybe it leaves just the right hint? 🤷🏽‍♀) I hadn't used it then but who knows! @@JoyinFlorida
