How to make recordings to be only recorded to the SD card? I don't want them to be on the cloud but it seems like it's a default setting. And it's asking you to pay for the cloud access so the screen you showed is actually blocked until you pay.

If you haven't paid for the cloud storage then it will not be using this. If memory serves me correctly when you go to recordings it will take you to the cloud page but at the very top of that page you should see something saying "SD card" this will take you to the recordings held on the card.

This one is only short with about 7 hours recording time but we do have many others that record for longer.

Is this one that you purchased from us? Either way see if it lets you format the card as this may resolve the issue if not then try another card.

maximal input for alarm interval = 240 second (30-240), if type 300 it's will stay in 30 second, but btw thanksyou for sharing

You can record to the cloud if you have a package or you can record directly to your phone when watching the footage live

How far can that detector detect de IR light? like in meters . And can you make it to only show the light and not beep?

Sadly we can no longer get hold of this unit however we do have another unit that can see the infrared lights from a camera. You can do this with some mobile phones but often they do not pick up the light very well if at all, it depends on how they are set to deal with IR light or sunlight www.spyequipmentuk.co.uk/spy-camera-detector/

To keep the recording going, you must keep this app open and connected to this camera wifi! So how can you use your phone normally for surfing the internet and using other apps? That's my problem. My camera dosent have a physical recording button. Upsetting and I don't know what to do.

You are talking about recording directly from the app to your phone for which you would need to keep the app open all the time however the camera does also have an SD card fitted too. You can set the device to record directly to its SD card at ceratin times of the day or when it sees motion. Once set you do not need the phone to be connected for the unit to record, the recordings will be held on the card, you can then watch them back next time you log into the camera (the recordings can be streamed back without needing to download them first)

Anybody notice these produce a wav file not compatible with widows Media player and office 365 .. so you can't transcribe it using tools like Copilot.

The device relies on there being no gap in-between the walls as it carries the vibration to the device and converts it to sound. You often find there is a gap between a downstairs ceiling and the upstairs floor and so it probably won't work for you

No you can just plug it into any USB port or plug to charge it, normally only taking 2 hours to fully charge.

You would need to plug it into a computer, on a Windows PC you would right click on the drive and select "format", we can provide a video guide for other devices if needed.

Everyone that works with computers or scrambles with pc's (not everyone obviously but mostly) have this feature to show hidden folders on , on their pc's but this will work for people that don't know how to work with pc's

Everyday I am getting blackmailed by my friends (I don’t consider them it I just don’t know what else to call them). It started off with them threatening to make a fake racist post about me and leaking my address unless I say the n word, so I said it and they caught it on video. Now they will not stop blackmailing me about posting it to their stories. Also they made other fake posts that look very real about me indicating that I’m racist when I’m not (basically changing their Snapchat bitmoji and name making it look like mine). I have proof that they leaked my Address. They said the only way it can be taken down is if you say the n word with a hard R so I said that too. I didn’t want to and I even have a video of me saying it unwillingly and saying in advance they’re threatening to dox me. I’m just scared with those videos that I won’t be able to get a job or go to college. This has been ruining my life and making me depressed.
