We need to look at the history of policing in this country it started from slave patrols. It is corrupt from the inception. We need true reform in policing. Additionally Sonya Massey is a descendant of the man that was lynched in that city at state in 1908 which started the creation of the NAACP. Policing in this country is broken. I’m not saying there aren’t good cops there are, they are part of a corrupt system. There needs to be reform period, Trump wants immunity, blanket immunity for police officers. They don’t need immunity if they aren’t committing crimes, let that sink in.

Where I live when you call the police you can have someone accompany them if you or someone had mental health issues. You have to let them know when you call.
