Hello there. This was very educational! I've been trying to find for an instructional KZfaq vid that educates the ideas in this KZfaq vid! 🙌 👏 That tip at 1:03 is my fav. Your lesson is like the vids of this new medical student Dr Ethan. Dr Ethan's explanations are actually helpful and I really learned a lot for my wellness! You should really check his YT out and give the medical student a like over here! 👉 #DrEthanHealth

20:40 this slide is wrong. All of those foods mentioned in the slide contain all 9 essential amino acids. Including the plants. In fact every single plant food on the planet contains all essential amino acids. The only one that doesn't is gelatin which isn't even a vegetarian or vegan. Look up cronometer.com for verification. Assuming you eat enough calories of any of those foods you'll be getting your amino acids.

I have to disagree. However, eating a variety of plant based proteins will most likely ensure you ingest all essential amino acids.

Hi Ms Gero. Thank you for this video. I have a question though. My muscles contracts as normal, but takes a couple of seconds to relax again. Have you ever found this in your study and what would be the reason for that? Please help.

The fat you eat is the fat you wear. You can actually eat as many calories from plant foods as you want without gaining fat. It's the animal produce that causes obesity. Only eat simple sugars from fruit and plants.

Complete bs. Overconsuming calories causes gaining fat. Calories in, calories out. No matter how healthy you eat, if you'd eat an excessive amount of it (more than you burn), you will become overweight overtime. Literal facts, do some research.
