Bro I want to do bulking but I have severe acidity and I am confused what diet should I eat so that my acidity gets cured. I suffer from constipation as well. I take laxatives to relieve constipation. I avoid taking tea. I have reduced the consumption of roti. For protein sources, I take Whey protein, paneer and eggs. Sometimes meat like 5-6 times a week. I eat early at around 8 o clock but sleep at 12:30. I do exercise daily and complete 10K steps.

this is super helpful. i didn't have a proper understanding of my acidity issue so far, and have been taking antacids on and off to reduce it. I would really like to improve my quality of life by fixing this problem long term through lifestyle improvements. I would also like to learn about the difference in acidity and IBS. I don't think I have figured out my exact issue between the 2, may both go hand-in-hand? Lastly, just want to thank you for doing this content. Specially in Hindi, so I can share it with my wider family and they build a better understanding of how the body actually works (shared the previous video on diabetes and it helped my parents a lot)
