You can see how many biased comments are made by claiming this is something controversial and blaming the moderator (also the person who did the captions below). She is just telling the cameraman to shift to the person speaking. I believe this was mentioned before in the comments too.

The camera was not on the person who was talking, she was motioning to producers and the cameraman to focus on the person who was actually speaking. This is completely normal

Trump keeps knocking out everyone, he even knocked out a sitting President. Next up is the woman who sucked a lot of things to get where she is now. Example a married 60 year old man named willie brown. Them jailed inmocent men in prison for marijuana and then refused to let innocent men from jail by withholding evidence. Then she did nothing as a senator, did nothing as VP she was appointed as the border Tsar snd couldn't even visit the border once. She is an absolute failure. Lied many times about the health of the president and then keeps attacking trump for being a criminal when her administration was the one who weaponized the justice system to go after him.
