Just watched the first video in this series and just now starting this video. I love the way that you’re doing this series. Very similar to how I think the average player goes about playing the game. No crazy planning, no crazy hardcore world. Just enjoying the game and building as you go and/or need the extra space.

Anyone remember captain sparklez mega treehouse??? I was just a young kid maybe like 11-12 I wanna say. That was some of the best content ever, and this gives me the same exact vibe. Down to the deep forest jungle house obviously didn’t have this my stuff but it was still a great time.

You can get around the evenness of the tree by building the buildings off the sides. Build branch offshoots and attach rooms to those, then your build wanders back and forth and doesn't have to follow squares up the trunk itself

Yeah I think that’s what I’m going to try for my next few builds. Easy to offset the buildings by adding a big branch or something underneath for support as well. Thanks!

Yeah I played hardcore for a while, thinking that it increased the fun I was having due to the added challenge. What it actually did was made me very risk averse and took away a whole bunch of the joy of playing the game.

@TaterVater5 Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I know people enjoy the hardcore style. I enjoy the regular way. I enjoy watching hardcore style, but watching the regular style is so much relaxing, in my opinion.

You could make the tree 1 and 1 and 1 connecting at the corners; leave space in middle and work tree all the way up! Could make an interesting escape hatch inside the tree.

The jungle biome always makes me think of the movie, Jewel of the Nile(it’s old, like me…lol) and name my parrots after jewels…the red-ruby, blue-sapphire, green-emerald…etc. You’re welcome to use those if you like them. the storage treehouse looks amazing on the inside, but looks a little disproportionate on the tree from the outside. Maybe add some fenceposts coming down from the corners to make it look a little more stable?

With the tree since its a small space I would use mangrove roots and some muddy roots rooted dirt and go from the muddy and regular roots with some rooted dirt into regular dirt and then stone

Im very interested to see where you lets play goes I've been looking at adding new channels outside of hermits and friends and so far enjoyed the chill first episode. Reminds me of watching tinfoil Chef just hang out and do his thing 🙂

For your "problem" with the tree, I would do a bit of mud here and there at the surface, mixed in with coarse dirt, then do a "progression" towards coarse dirt / rooted dirt, and then rooted dirt / dirt, and add a few roots
