Too confusing. The terms should be translated to race effort like HM, 10k, 5k, 3200, 1600 etc.

Out of all the videos I’ve watched on setting blocks up and the thought process behind it all this has probably got to be the most informative video I’ve come across. 👍🏻

You mean videos out there about aerial receive are of this much details, and they appearing to am as not enough and spot on information and technology, but this header thing will never do , am off and this seems of demonstration like a rank of sureshot pro in just a set of practice completion away, am in deep sunk ✌

That is like average Joe. But it depends how intensiv you training. There are Guys with 1.70 as 14 year. 2.05 with 15 year and 2.35 as Top Athlete. On the other end there is Xavier Sotomayor with 17 years 2.33 and with 21 years 2.43 and the World Record with 2.45

Great video. All the yt videos on block technique, and I think yours is the keeper. Never knew your toes were not supposed to be touching the ground at all. Thanks.
My 11 year old son is the biggest kid on the floor....he hasn't realized this yet. I don't get enough time with him. Every other weekend and a couple hours during the week aren't enough time for me to teach him to be a man, let alone time to teach how to go for the rebound. So I'm thankful for these videos. I'll be sending them to him

Warren is being diplomatic - he finally says it towards the end - the NFL didn't think that blacks could quarterback an NFL team - the NFL in 1978 was only willing to consider him - if he played any other position - so Warren chose the Canadian League - and they were happy to have him

It is true. The person you become when playing is totaly diffirent. Just take jasmin ouchan for example. When she plays she looks totally like one of the players you cannot even aproach but she is actually one of the friedliest people around

If this video was well explained 8 years ago, why still the controversy with Usyk vs Dubois? If this was stated and explained in boxing rules why did the boxing experts like Fury and others still find it difficult to accept it was a low blow? I think Dubois hits Usyk several times without the Ref even stepping in before that one Usyk got down, still he beats Dubois clean

He couldn’t go to the NFL right away due to racism. Simple as that.
