If you want to try for a natural birth again next time, I hope you look into the stuff that went wrong this time. I had a less than happy experience in my first because I was misinformed on some things and I could actually sue the doctor if I wanted to. I would suggest you look up info on episiotomies, rethinking contractions, and regression in labor. I had to look up more info on the placenta and that took me down a Rabbit hole of realizing more went wrong than I had thought and a lot of it was the fault of the staff, not my own fault like I had believed for the last 2 years.

So lucky they did forcepts you really probably would have done better to just go with the epidural it helps the body open up for pushing and it’s likely he wouldn’t have gotten stuck

Hi hope you're well! I'm not sure about your hospital but in most hospitals in the UK they don't provide nappies so definitely bring your own! I would bring a small pack of about 20 if I were you. I would also pack some hats as babies lose a lot of heat from their head. Its good that you have some dry snacks to bring as you might feel nauseous and/or be sick in labour, so something dry to snack on might help. Hope this is helpful!

Hello, thank you for your very helpful comment. I did end up bringing in some nappies, and wipes which as you said they didn’t supply. The hat a brought was actually too small 😂😂 but thankfully the hospital give them out anyways 🙏🙏

Oils tend to separate but that doesnt mean they are 'expired'. Its the colour change/the changes in smell (in heavy chemicals scent) that will tell you if you need to throw out the polish. Mascara (3months), skincare (keep up to 1 year max), 'cream/liquid' makeup (keep up to 2yrs max) and any other makeup if i can disinfect them (keep up to 15 yrs provided i cleam them regularly, i dont share makeup and only apply with clean/washed tools at every usage).

oh my goodness, its so cosy. I got it as a christmas present but i know its from Next. Had a look on their website but cant find the same one pattern wise. But they got a ton of different ones to choose from. oooh, don't think i've noticed the body moisturiser before, will need to nosey once my Liz Earle one is done!!
