My granddaughter is a Yankton Sioux. The first time she heard this music, she was not but a few months old. She tried to dance and sing with it. And her Mother , who is Sioux cried. Really amazing to see!!!! BEING A SIOUX IS A PART OF HER SOUL.

I remember being at a POWwow once when I was a little girl but I didn’t like cause being small and the loud noise hurt my ears but I still enjoyed myself there man I wish schools taught how to speak native instead of French ya I was suppose to learn French… didn’t go well

It's cool how in Tibet the Buddhist monks also use a similar style of dances, and Tibetan folk dance also. Ancient traditions are powerful and carry forward the values of our ancestors.
