Bighorn is actually a really good tire, once they get worn though it's a different story. But they can get through a lot of tough spots.

@Mattc. Most of the trails for ok for easy riding as long as there wasn’t a big event there a few weeks before you go. It can get rutted after a really muddy weekend also. If the 13 doesn’t have some experience, it might be better to go somewhere else to gain the experience first

@Ridin Red After about 1000 miles, I still like the K9’s. If you ride in dirt, some mud, and loose rocks, they are great. On solid rock, they don’t grip as good as some others, but I don’t have the stickies. I would buy another set in the sticky compound, but I plan on trying roxxzilla’s next.

@Mike Staford. You should go check it out. There are lots of trails that will be great for your atv and some that will be too rutted or rocky, but you will have a great time. We like it better when the lake is low so you can ride around the shore, but usually go a couple time a year in the summer also.

@Mason Wilson how do you like the YXZ? What are you using for the clutch?

@@kentuckydirtslingers3777 I haven't gotten to drive it yet I just got the controls installed, I'm hoping to take it out next weekend to try it out. I come from a motorcycle background so I am a Yamaha fan although this is my first SXS. As far as the clutch it is the "sport shift" model so the clutch is automatic and shifting is done by paddles just behind the steering wheel.

Yeah, just there last weekend. It has changed but still a fun place to go.

If he ran the talon in auto, it would shift too many times and bog down. So he was trying to hold it in a lower gear
