I got fired last Thursday, and now I’m finding out about ATS systems designed to make sure my application and resume isn’t looked at.

Im in my mid 40s. For the past 2 years ive been making more than my supervisor due to the unlimited overtime I was allowed to work. More than one time during our coaching, he mentioned how much money I was being paid. He was jealous that i made more money with having less responsibility. So when the time came up recently to keep me from being fired for some BS, he threw me under the bus. So as of yesterday, I lost my job that I was loyal to for 12 years. It wasn't a total wate though, since it enabled me to put down payments on two houses. If I can manage to get tenants into all of those rooms, I will be doing almost as well as at my former job without having to be miserable working 70+ hours a week. I finally got my life back

I was banker. Well I can beat you I was fired around thirty times by the age of 40 😂 it is so many times I literally lost count 😊 I new when management wanted to fire me they wanted to write me up any moment they could of course I never signed their bs write ups😂. Then coworkers stop talking to me and usually other managers get invited for firing processes😂 Each company was firing me they thought it was a first time for me they were not aware or even care that I went through that process so many times ❤ knowledge is power ❤

May I ask what should one work after graduated with a master degree but cannot find suitable skills bu cannot work at juinor level post for a middle aged person please?

I disagree you have to know the companies budget for the position first. For example if the role you’re applying for only pays up to $70,000 but you go in there asking for $100,000 you’re done they’re going to disqualify you.

This guy knows what he's talking about. I've been interviewing for the last 4 months and I can tell you that when they recognize you aren't what they want, they move to the end. If they like you, they keep going a little longer. If it was bad, they don't ask about your availability. If it went well, they do.

Dear Coach, I believe god has a purpose for everyone in this world. Your teachings, energy, and advice have helped me to land my dream job at IBM. It’s crazy how destiny works out, you worked at IBM over 20 years and your teachings and advice enabled me to also work there over 20 years. Mr Darnell Clarke, I know you are watching down from above and you were one of the biggest reasons that enabled me to get this job. I know you put in a good word about me to god too, to help me out. Rest in peace sir, I love your energy and positivity. May you rest in peace in heaven and I will carry your legacy forward at IBM. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
