i feel like a better sci fi weapon for heavy would be some kinda of laser beam weapon where instead of projectiles or bullets its shoots a giant constant energy beam while firing that deals slightly weak but very quick damage to anyone inside, prolly at the cost of some sort of overheat

Honestly the bit at 2:42 is so perfect. As someone who's been playing some more heavy as of late, theres always that moment where you're revved up and you sense danger. Try to flee, only a second too late and get headshot Happens way too much to me

Heavy *is* the best class for me because; I’m bad at amino so I need a lot of bullets (I’m visually impaired so that makes it worse). I need a lot of health (I’m not good at movement). And I like his voice. And funniness

honestly all i'd want is just new weapons or new cosmetics. i could care less about new maps 24/7, there's so many to choose from and you can still go to community servers for new maps. new cosmetics allow for more loadout styles, and new weapons still make the game really fun, or just shake up the meta a bit. hopefully one day we see new weapons, either for heavy, for sniper, for spy, or for medic of all things.

I think instead of making new maps they should go back and update older maps perhaps. Some maps like egypt genuinely just like don't work I think

I feel like with the last comic coming out it would be the perfect time to finally let the game end (as in support for it that is). Its in a good state, its relatively balanced, there are tons of maps, plenty of rotating seasonal content. Just rotate a few older crates or remix the contents of future crates using drops from old crates and only pop up to do emergency patches or occasionally rotating in community maps or community cosmetics. It would take very little effort to effectively manage tf2 for the next decade and it would cost valve almost nothing. Heck this is pretty much what they've already been doing but the expectation of content of new things would finally be put to rest.

That was a bizarre flick onto that spy at around 9:06, I mean I'm sure you'll agree that it looked sus. I mean you did like a super quick 360 spin right on to him and even crited him. I'm assuming a teammate called out that there was a spy? It was definitely eyebrow raising, especially because your normal tracking sensitivity appears way lower than what that quick 360 would indicate. However I'm inclined to assume it was a legitimate play, because if you were a closet cheater you wouldn't have such an obviously suspicious clip in your video.

I think they should consider doing something similar to the Blue Moon for the "last update", where they implemented rebalances for underpowered weapons like they did with the Short Circuit. This way, we could have as much side grades that don’t feel like weaker versions of stock as possible. Plus, it would also preserve the game even longer (given that we get even more play styles to play with).

in later rounds (=when i've got my must-have upgrades done) i like to just maximise ammo cap and get three ammo canteens (they're cheap as fuck) and go perch somewhere the spies cannot get to and just shoot down.

at least one level of destroy projectiles is a must have for me as soon as there's a giant crit soldier/demo. you can just sit at your spot and everytime theres a rocket heading towards you you can just destroy it. they cant do shit against you. it also actively reduces damage taken by regular bots as you shoot them since most of their projectiles will pass through your line of fire.

Heavy Update and Weapon rebalance would be great. Also, "The Big Guy" was my favourite custom Heavy item ever made and I think it should be added.

please for the love of god can we not get complacent!? i'm already happy as is that despite my doubts the FixTF2 movement worked as much as it did, but i do NOT want to see a repeat of SaveTF2 with the complacency again

first they need to keep the bots gone then possibly a few final updates to end tf2 on a good note with some new content

IMHO what is needed is map rotation: e.g. every couple of month or so maps that people can queue for are changed. Have 1-2 dozens of maps per rotation. As for most needed update, that would be port to Source 2. As of right now TF2 looks quite a bit dated and there is just so much that can be squeezed out of its engine. Source 2 though looks amazing (well Junction ported to Source 2 by certain youtuber certainly is). It can also be a great way of getting rid of dated/bad maps (either updated into better state or just left not ported). PS. Also currently top game on Steam by revenue is CS2. Just saying...

they even changed the rate map or tf2 dialogue box at the end of matches to ask about things like random crits. now is a good time to stop clicking a random thing to get rid of the box.

I don´t think i want a TF3. Valve´s prime years are behind them, their priorities are no longer to make awesome video games. The amazing attention to detail they once had I doubt they still have it in them. If TF2 ever officially ends, i don´t think many of us would migrate to a sequel. We like this game, it´s awesome! All i want for this game is for it to be playable.

We still haven't gotten any new balance changes or any new weapons in years. If they could at the very least give us some new weapons and a decent amount of buff and nerfs to the weapons that need them the most, then i would be content with tf2 not receiving any more updates.

They can and will continue to cram more hats and maps into the game, whether you like it or not. Worksloppers get payday, Valve gets money. Some community MvM maps are well tested and well designed, and therefore could be added to the main game for the gambling addicts. However, I'd say community MvM is much more balanced than Mann Up anyway. Don't get me wrong, it's a good idea, but if anything we should be asking to remove matchmaking.

Would love to see a community driven update for 'bad' weapon rebalacing with that new 'fix' category we got in the workshop. Dunno if it's possible, but if there's a chance, that would be amazing for the game if done right. I need me some fresh medic gameplay!
