I used to be able to beat the Saturn version on the hardest difficulty with Fei Yen using the standard Saturn gamepad. The trick to beating the final boss as Fei Yen is to intentionally get hit until you go super, then go ham. Otherwise, you won't have time to beat the boss.

This. This is the trick. It can be done without hyper mode and with a normal timer, but you have avoid dodging or jumping and cycle between your weapons perfectly to get even close to the required 50% threshold.

Viper 2 is stronger attack and speed. But defense is very weak.

how do you perform Temjim special attack "gliding ram"?? Everytime I do it, it just swing the sword and not charge forward

you need to have all 3 attack bars filled. Press Jump, in mid air press foward 3 times and the sword attack button, that also applyes to Viper II´s homing attack

You also got LEFT weapon(ground bomb), it's very useful.
