Love Grey Owl paddles. High quality at a price that is not ridiculously high like other makers.

What a downgrade from the Prowler 13' and certainly the Prowler 15'. Also these are a HUGE downgrade from the Trident models. These Prowlers (along with the Scupper Pro years back) put Ocean Kayak on the map. Those who paddled them experienced much better speed, tracking, glide vs these new ones, especially this slug. It's like no one at corporate knows what they are doing with abandoning the very kayaks that made them popular. You even killed off the Tetra, Big Game, Venus, Scrambler and Scrambler XT. People are not impressed with a very heavy and expensive pedal kayak. I tried one and hated it since it wont let me into the more shallow water due to the pedal drive hanging down below. Lot's of kayak fishermen have sold theirs and gone with a different brand like Wilderness Systems Tarpon.

So you just hope no one messes with your stuff while you're gone?
All of the ferries after the first one in this video don’t demonstrate the most important concept- which is to keep your bow angled upstream so the flow pushes you to the side you want to go. The last few ferries in this video the instructor lets his bow get turned downstream very quickly which works in this case but wouldn’t for a wider channel such as the one shown in this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nJporct6uM6XZKM.htmlsi=EGUJ_c7rjM-fgHGO

I’m an EPIC fanboy, I’m on my 2nd 18X Sport v1. I was looking forward to version 2. I love the new hull with the carved out deck for better strokes. But it was a big disappointment. The new deck hatch is tiny for storage but takes away precious leg space (I’m 6’3”, 185lbs). The seat was uncomfortably tight. I couldn’t see myself paddling in it for hours at length in marathon races. So far i will take good of my existing boat hoping for an improved version3 in the future.

Is it bad camera technique or is the cockpit crazy crooked? OK, its a prototype but with a twist, a really huge twist, literally. Easy fix, just change the name to The Side Saddle. I'll Bet Dane Jackson is LHAO.

Not sure if title “World’s First Flying Canoe” is accurate. Consider following contender for title shot: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qtychpBl2ZuYk5c.htmlsi=N5kJvY2wKjD0AVJ8

Thanks, very cool, the 12AR is awesome too. Nice to see the company include some of the better touring kayak features among their shorter recreational kayaks. I go for the longer ones, the Delta 14 is a real sweetie.
