Mostly accurate from what I've seen so far in the season. The "relationship" between Joe and Melissa is where things get really interesting. The trailer shows her. She is a wild card. I'm tempted to compare it to another dark crime drama because of Melissa, but it's early days. I'll have to watch more.

Seems like light hearted version of book. I found the book to be pretty depressing but with a very small touch of hope. Every characters life was sad, but was transformed by the flu. For better or for worse, it's a very dark book but the characters lives are very close to home.

Love this series! I'm a sucker for anything Swinging London. The music is spot on for the period. A mix of Brit/US/French - worth looking up the bands. If I didn't know Rupert Everett was in it, I would not have recognized him!

Two episodes in and this is too over the top to be a comedy, not clever enough to be a farce. I'll try another hoping it comes into its own, but I don't have much hope.

IMO - it is spot on for the period (music is too). Reminds me of Richard Lester, or many of the Rita Tushingham films. Rupert's part is a hoot!
