Fascinating history! The Heurich Brewery in DC also suffered a fire. The fire in 1938 destroyed the recipe archives, though recent research unearthed a possible recipe for Heurich’s Senate Beer.

Very nice. I love the use of the "Drink Local, Drink 'Burg" glass for the "cheers".

Interesting. Like the book on Cincinnati Brewery history, beer was surprisingly important to the area and the entire country.
