This song was on Apple Music and then was gone and I can’t find anything to prove it ever even existed on any album or anywhere on the internet except this one video and one other one on KZfaq. Can anyone explain why?

I saw Beth Rowley perform at Ginglik's in Shepherds Bush, London in 06. I remember walking in and feeling her voice drip of the walls. to this day I listen to hear when my soul needs some awakening, or just when I want to hear a beautiful voice. thanks for the songs Beth. Don't you just hate it when a Brit does something so American so damn well? I was actually searching for Tammy Wynette's version of this song, and stumbled on this. Fantatastic.

Eva Cassidy's dynamics used to be somewhat contrived. Beth does it all seemlessly and effortlessly and her dynamics match the lyrics. Her tone is more jazz influenced and reminiscent of Bonnie Raitt. The overall package is immensely satisfying and complete.

hey, could u go in detail about 'her technique'. I always find it interesting when a singers technique is discussed. As a vocalist myself im always recruiting new ideas into my style. i know alot about the voice and all the terms so u can be as advanced as u like.

Of all the so called 'white brit gals with soul', the duffys and the adeles - Beth Rowley is BY FARRRRRRRR one of the superior vocalist. Some of the notes shes hitting and riffs shes doing is really jaw-droppingly effortless for her. Im amazed - what an acomplished vocalist. Amazing.

An amazing new talent. Eva Cassidy, Bonnie Raitt, PLUS. She just has it all. She will stay the course. Love her, her voice and technique. Wonderful.

I don't see what all the hype is about, maybe it's just the crappy live recording and ensuing crappy audio encoding, but her voice really doesn't sound all that impressive, I can barely make out the garbled lyrics and quite frankly I don't find it inspiring or sensational even in the slightest. *shrugs*
