If you are simply trying to clean the crud out of the tiny wheels at the bottom-front of the brush area, skip to 1:09:59 in the video. You do NOT have to completely disassemble this thing to remove/clean those.

I just spent over 6 hours trying to fit two separate ATV Parts connection on my 08. I couldn't get the either the stock ring or the included ring to pop into the slot. So frustrating. I had no problem on my 09, but it was the brake side! Have to order a factory one for $70...

Stiff suspension is not from racing or "launching". I drag my gen 3 busa, you want the suspension soft to soak up the initial shock of full throttle. It was probably set hard because the rider was an absolute unit and he needed the bike to not buck him off at speed from a pothole because he was getting too much travel and not enough damping

Thanks! You did the whole thing! I was halfway there and I just thought it would be crazy to continue but then I found your vid and kept going! Unbelievable how the design of this thing makes it almost impossible to get at the most vulnerable part. My roller had some kind of melted crud in that black plastic that supports the rollers and it stopped spinning but now works again! Many thanks! #righttorepair

When does the cooling fan is supposed to turn on? I had the high temp light turning on as soon as a I put the ignition on, I replaced the radiator thermostat and the light is off now. But the fan still doesn't turn on by itself. I rode the atv for fee minutes, it got pretty hot but the fan still didn't turn on. Any ideas? I also connected the fan directly to the battery and its working fine

My hight temp light turned on as soon as I would turn the start key, I replaced the radiator thermostat and now the light is off, but the engine still seems very hot after running only 5 minutes. But the fan did not turn on by itself. I hard wired the fab to the battery and the fan is good. Do you know when the fan it's supposed to turn on? Do I have to ride 30+ plus minutes or it should turn on much faster? Any help is welcomed. Thank you!!

I have an 05 cbr f4i, I was trying to put back my suspension back to factory settings but im stumped on the set screw. On the left screw(where the clutch lever is) i could only turn it 1 full turn, while the right screw i could turn 2 full turn til it bottoms out. Does that mean my left screw adjustment is siezed?

My model has screws hat turn 1/2 way and releases the brush cover....no loose screws. You need to put a stoper in the sink so your loose parts (screws) 15:29 don't go down the drain....duh! otherwise the video was revealing and useful.

Thanks; I was looking all over for the fill plug and yours is the first video that shows the access is at the front, behind the winch. Yes it's kind of a PITA to remove the winch, but on mine it's only four bolts and adds maybe two minutes to the total time to do the service. I have a 2013 and judging from the look of the fluid and the junk on the drain magnet, the fluid has probably never been changed, ditto for the rear transmission.
