Yes. But you can shoot a rocket like this without a certification. You just have to use a motor that is under 160 newtons.

Wow the J250 1000% better than CTIs J381. After I saw how lack luster their 38mm sparkles were I figured I’d never buy a CTI again. Need to look into their 54mm stuff I guess.
