So my hips and ribs are close together which makes me look kinda boxy. If I did this without a waist slimming exercise would it make me more boxy? Or would it not matter?

I love phonk music, my grandson does too whose 8 years old. Bass booted music is very motivating. Hip hop + bass boosted like mixes of other songs. Very Tokyo drft. Very Balkan too or Turk even. Racey
