Its about time they sought professional, INTERNATIONAL help over this. Bumbling from 1 disaster to another every year is hugely embarrassing.

Every Year exact same dramatic footage. Every Year exact same roads & sois shown flooded on news reports. Every Year exact same promises will be made that the drainage is being improved as a matter of priority. Every Year funds are actually approved & budgeted by the municipality to perform major upgrades to the system. Every Year some roads are dug up for appearances. Every Year a dozen or so prominent people upgrade their Mercedes Benz, perform extensions to their mansions, buy another couple of investment condos or properties. 2022 ... Repeat

you should do a drone fly over of the treatment plant which I think is in Naklua. No way the stuff from central pattaya and all the little hotels and bars and restaurants gets pumped over to there
