Wish I could find land out in the countryside a long way away from a main highway. Maybe 25 miles from any city limits down a one lane county road with mostly farmland on all sides. I live in Mississippi and it's way too populated, but Alabama is worse.

My family were some of the first settlers in Ashville, they came from Moore County North Carolina. There are geological features with the family name.

That's a nice spot but like all the others in that they are not wealthy enough to have all thst but not wealthy enough to keep the edge of the lake clean. You should literally be able to walk or drive a car around the entire perimeter of that lake. I could take a track load with a brush cutter and bush hog and clean that up like a golf course.

😂🤣your only 2 hours from, your only 3 hours from. I’m from the UK we baulk at anything over 2 hours. I’m only 1/2 hour from London by train and rarely go because it’s too far. To be clear I’m laughing at us because 2-4 hours should be considered close.
