@@adaml6458 Not on this gun. I put springs on a Super Redhawk one time and got light strikes. I swapped that one out with the slightly heavier spring and that fixed it.

fun fact about that oil catch can, if you operate the mule in winter the whole thing freezes up in about 4 hours, builds pressure in the engine causes the dipstick to shoot out and spray oil all over the engine. Its now permanently off my machine
@shooter-vx7xy3 ай бұрын
Yep. I think some of them had a recall because it was a fire hazard when it sprayed oil everywhere.

yeah i brought it back to the dealer very mad because i bought this for work and took 5 hours for it fail while i was 12 hour drive from the dealer. They installed a long rubber tube instead of the oil catch can that froze up after about 7 hours.Horrible design and bad service. @@shooter-vx7xy

Great bike, reliable UJM Honda stopped making CB 1100 because of EU pollution laws! That is why the sobs are freezing in the winter= no coal or uranium can be used! Hooray for UJMs.

I have a 17 CVO Ultra Limited with the 114 twin cooled. Love the bike!!! I found it last year at a dealer and it only had 5046 miles on it, not even broke in really! I did put a cam in it and a newly designed oil pump to get rid of the sumping problems these bike experience, the 17's and 18's. I did punch out the catalytic converter, don't tell anyone, and it got rid of a bunch of heat! I wish they would have put a oil pressure gauge on the instrument panel, that's my only complaint on them. The 17 doesn't have the oil pressure listed on the info screen either. Nice bike, I like the color, it's different, and I like different!

That's the perfect barrel length. I have three BFRs, and all cylinder gaps are right around .002", which is much tighter than most revolvers, except the Freedom Arms, which are .001". I really like the counter-bored cylinders so the case rims fit flush.

My problem with a revolving 10mm is the moon clips. Revolvers with rimmed cartridges can be use at all times but a rimless and/or rebated rim cartridge requires moon clips which is the weak point. I don't know of any revolver cylinders that head space on the lip of the case. They may exist but I know of none. So without moon clips the revolver is useless.
