Hi, if this really happened to you, you should contact with them and let them know your issue. This is not a collaboration I bought the product and tried it, worked fine for me, the colour even lasted for almost 2months

No I actually don’t do any kind of treatment. My natural hair is wavy and it might seems frizz free sometimes but trust me it is not, specially in summer and rainy reason! 😭 I just straighten my hair slightly after I wash my hair to make it manageable 😅
