My sister is an angel mum to 4 including twins, who came after her 1st born who is now 12, she's so depressed and desperate to be a rainbow mum, how can she be supported? Is there a fee attached to your service? If yes how much?

Me i keep getting miscarriages at just four weeks n there has been no answer ,some doctor even operated me claiming it was ectopic Am just so damn tired now of yhe miscarriage pain despite treatments
