No, they werent built at Bobbin Head, but at the Halvorsen factory, Ryde, Sydney.

How do you ship a boat? Who does it? I have tried to get quotes but they all only quote like 20k for roll on, the boat I want will fit in a normal extra wide container.

We're not in the business of shipping boats however in Australia Dazmac www.dazmac.com.au/ would be a good starting point for information and quotes.

It’s refreshing to hear someone use the word “comprise” correctly. Only about one percent of the population knows how. Nice boat for easy cruising.

Hi, am buying a 21.7 without motor, what size is your and are you happy? I will motoring a bit so should I go for a 8hp or 9.9. Thanks

Hi @markalfresco, we've been in touch with a 21.7 owner and they said they run a 6Hp 4 stroke engine which pushes her along quite nicely (6 knots in calm water). They said they previously had a 10Hp which was a lot of weight on the stern without much benefit in speed. Depending on brand you may need a long shaft engine. Happy Sailing! So nice to see a video of a boat sailing that is not all 'MTV'd out. ie: I can not watch videos that only hold onto one image for now more than 4 seconds, constantly mashing up beautiful motion into a scatter of brief images. Great video and nicely presented information on the boat, it's design and build ! :)
