Lovely work. DId you mount the plexiglass on wood (for the finished pieces at the end)?

Excellent! Thank you

Using water to cool the drill will reduce the cracking. Sharpening a regular twist drill so it has zero rake angle and doesn't pull itself into the plexiglass, the twist drill will work fine with plexiglass. We used 3/16 twist drills sharpened as described and cooled with tap water as one of the final operations on free-blown helicopter bubbles for Brantly Helicopters when I worked there in the 1970s.

I gave noticed that we all sort of get very similar papers over and over. Obviously the ink combinations on pages is repetitive. Light colors the hardest to acquire

I use 2000 and more recent -also cheaper
@pamwatson7327 Жыл бұрын
Use more recent nat g. Not the really old. They change to a clay base so old old does not work

If I print onto wood do I need to prep the wood before adding a gel medium, by sanding for example?

I couldn’t care less about art but given your actions, it seems you are sick of it. You look freed! Good for you! Time to move onto new skills and things to learn and do. :)

The flimsy Sunday magazines in newspapers work great. If they even have those anymore. Brush on and close magazine to dry
