This society is really good. Spacious also. The only problem i see is the outside area of society. Proper road is not there and feels like mass area. Mainly very near to water body from both left and right side.

I request you to cover the building outside area also. Showing only good thing and hiding the improvement is not correct. Rest everything is good. I also liked this society but later dropped off because of the above mentioned reason.

Unless there is 30 % to 40% correction in prices no one will buy. Buiders has to keep this flats with them and give for rents. All IT jobs are in risk , so no one ready to buy flats..

Strongly agree 👍but they will not correct the prices... Instead they will keep these unsold inventory with them for another 2-3years and then resell as still brand new...and by that time they get the current price....so it means present buyers will be at big loss ...
