In Cryo region you will freez to death. Of course, in the real prototype for Cryo region, this costume would.... not go anywhere, since it's too hot in the summer for such a cape and boots, and too cold in the winter. The costume wouldn't even go in a building like that, because it's hot for it too. It's not thought out for use at all. But that doesn't change the fact that it's very beautiful.
