I was so on board with your rant Sarah! I also did hundreds if not thousands of special events, store openings as the Director of Events for Swatch Watch for over 20 years. A partner radio station to hype the crowd and do giveaways, communication with the line throughout the day, little samples - the SOMETHING was surely missing in day #1 in Something About Her. Even a hokey ribbon cutting would have given fans a nice photo op.
